This is a basic cooking class with Crossroads very own professional chef, Phillipe. It will cover knife skills, the 5 basic sauces, and participants will learn to make mayonnaise and possibly a béchamel sauce (time permitting). Class will be held in the church kitchen at 6pm-8pm. There are a max of 8 participants per session. Options for session dates are Jan 15, Jan 22, Jan 29.
